Taxiphone is the largest taxi cooperative in Lausanne, set up in 1970 and currently made up of about fifty vehicles.

All our vehicles are fitted out with high-performance telecommunications equipment to ensure you receive an efficient top-quality service, and all at a highly competitive price.

Call centre

A call centre open 7 days a week and 24 hours a day

You dial 0 844 810 810 to book a car. Our telephone customer service team will immediately take care of finding you a vehicle, giving you a precise service time (i.e. the number of minutes it'll take for your car to get to the place you've requested) Lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our usual service times are five minutes for the city of Lausanne itself and eight to twelve minutes for the wider Lausanne area.
